You will collaborate with National Intelligence, district teams and partners to deliver evidence-based, capable intelligence practitioners while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Operational intelligence experience and advanced tradecraft.
• Proven leadership of people, programmes or professional practice in complex environments.
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery, evaluation and ongoing improvement of national intelligence training programmes.
• Ensure intelligence learning is relevant, evidence-based, lawful and aligned with priorities and standards.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team through coaching and professional development.
• Translate strategy and requirements into effective learning solutions.
• Build partnerships and communities of practice to promote innovation and excellence.
