Job summary

Younity, a growing New Zealand software company, is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to review existing ERP integrations and define a remediation roadmap.

You will audit ERP and SaaS connections, assess API configurations and security, and collaborate with a small development team to deliver prioritized recommendations and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing ERP and SaaS integrations.

• Proven ability to research, document and present technical findings.

What you’ll be doing

This is a technical investigation and advisory role, working closely with a small development team to identify gaps, research vendor requirements and develop a practical remediation roadmap.

• Audit and assess existing ERP and third-party SaaS integrations.
• Investigate API configurations, authentication and data flows.
• Identify technical, security, permissions and vendor-related gaps.
• Review REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, MFA, tokens, scopes and app registrations.
• Research third-party vendor requirements and integration capabilities.
• Engage with vendors where required to clarify technical requirements.
• Work with developers to validate findings and assess potential solutions.
• Document findings and provide clear, prioritised recommendations.

What you’ll bring

We’re open to backgrounds including Integration Specialist, Integration Consultant, Technical BA, Integration Engineer, Solutions Consultant or Functional Consultant.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong experience with ERP and SaaS integrations.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and API authentication/authorisation.
• Knowledge of permissions, scopes, tokens, credentials and app registration.
• Experience auditing, troubleshooting or investigating existing integrations.
• Strong technical research and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with developers and technical stakeholders.
