Job summary

AFFCO New Zealand is seeking an Integration Lead to join our IT team at the Horotiu Head Office, Hamilton region. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations that connect our enterprise systems, partners, suppliers, and customers, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll own and improve AFFCO's integration environment, driving automation, monitoring, and secure data flows across the organisation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
4+ years designing scalable API-led integrations.
Experience with Azure Integration Services and middleware.
Experience managing vendors and technology partners.
Hands-on with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain a modern API-led integration architecture.
Develop and support integrations, APIs, and EDI connections.
Manage strategic integration projects and third-party technology partners.
Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and best practice integration processes.
Implement monitoring, telemetry, and support frameworks for reliability.
Support AI and automation initiatives across the business.
Ensure integration solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
