Job summary

EROAD is hiring an Installation Coordinator in Auckland (Albany HQ) to manage the full install process from order through to invoice. You will own the install journey, coordinate schedules, and serve as the main point of contact for customers, troubleshooting as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years' CRM experience, strong communication, and excellent planning skills. Salesforce experience is a bonus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience using a CRM to manage schedules, orders and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with good planning and problem-solving.
• Comfortable coordinating installs with technical systems and processes.
• Salesforce experience is a bonus; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end install journey from order to invoice.
• Coordinate schedules and resources to keep installs on track.
• Act as main customer contact throughout their install.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep the process moving.
• Report to the Service Delivery Manager as part of the installation team.
