Job summary

Wondernauts is a spacious, not-for-profit community-based early learning centre in Hamilton, NZ. We seek a motivated Preschool team leader who supports tamariki and teaching colleagues with energy, organisation and a collaborative approach.

You will hold a recognised ECE qualification and practising certificate, and NZ residency or a valid work visa is required. A full driver’s licence is desirable for excursions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support both Preschool tamariki and teaching team.
• Foster a positive team culture and ongoing professional development.
• Model best practice and contribute to nature-focused curriculum delivery.
• Coordinate weekly excursions and collaborative planning.
