Job summary

Connexis is seeking a dynamic Industry Training Advisor / Customer Service Account Manager to drive sales across our Civil, Energy, Telecommunications and Water qualifications. You’ll work with employers and learners from East Tamaki to Huntly with a full driver’s license and company vehicle provided for work purposes.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, promote learner outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth while staying ahead of industry trends and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end sales and developing apprenticeships or learner pathways.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NZQA or education/training environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and sales leads across our qualifications.
• Provide support and guidance to employers and learners.
• Promote our qualifications in schools and industry events.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships to grow learner outcomes.
