Qualifications

• Around 3+ years' project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, property, engineering, or a similar project-based environment is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem solving and collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, plans, reports, schedules, and registers
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing actions, and following up on deliverables
• Assisting with project planning, procurement, and delivery activities
• Monitoring project progress and helping to identify and manage risks and issues
• Building positive working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Contributing to project reporting and communications
• Supporting Senior Project Managers with the day-to-day delivery of projects
