Pulse Energy is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT team in a hands-on role across servers, networks, cloud, and security. You’ll support business-critical IT services and back up the Infrastructure Manager when needed.

The role emphasizes operating reliability and opportunities to improve performance, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency across Pulse Energy’s technology environment.

Formación

• 3–4 years of relevant infrastructure experience and a Computer Science degree or equivalent.
• Experience across servers, networks, cloud, security, and end-user technology.
• Ability to work across Windows and Linux environments and collaborate with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and maintaining physical and virtual servers and end-user computing environments.
• Troubleshooting complex server, network, cloud and infrastructure issues.
• Administering AWS, VMware, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
• Managing storage, backups and infrastructure monitoring.
• Supporting security SEIM, MDR and vulnerability management and remediation.
