Job summary

Li'l Pumpkins Preschool Centre Limited in Waikato, New Zealand, is seeking a passionate infant teacher to join our small, fully qualified team and provide warm, responsive care to babies. Our Glenview Centre houses 31 children with an intimate infant class of eight, fostering strong relationships in a calm environment.

We offer a supportive hub with full pay parity and mentoring for teacher certification, plus a beautiful one-acre section on Peacockes Road.

Qualifications

• Certification requirement: You must hold Full Certification with the Teaching Council of New Zealand, or, if you hold Provisional Certification, you must have completed three years of student teaching placements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing infant care and build responsive relationships with each baby.
• Collaborate with a small, close-knit teaching team to support learning and wellbeing of infants.

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing infant teacher to join our fully qualified teaching team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a teacher who loves working with babies and wants to be part of a small, close-knit centre where relationships really matter.

Our Glenview Centre is licensed for just 31 children, including an intimate infant class of only 8 babies. This small group allows our teachers to build genuine, responsive relationships with each child and provide the calm, unhurried care that infants thrive on.
