Equip People Limited is seeking an Account Manager to look after existing clients in Rolleston, NZ, understanding workforce needs and delivering the right people. You’ll visit sites, talk to workers and clients, and manage on-hire staff with support from the national team.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, local service, and practical on-site activity, with a base salary negotiable based on experience and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• Industrial recruitment experience OR strong people/sales skills in construction, transport, logistics, manufacturing or similar
• Comfortable talking to tradies, labourers, Team Leaders and business owners
• Full NZ driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Look after existing clients and understand workforce requirements
• Place workers and interview candidates
• Visit sites and stay connected with clients and workers
• Support on-hire staff and ensure safety requirements
• Grow the Rolleston branch and build long-term relationships
