Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Dunedin is seeking an Industrial Electrician to support maintenance across water and wastewater facilities, infrastructure projects and regional plants. This hands-on role offers variety, strong team backing, and real opportunities to grow.

You’ll bring NZ registration as an Electrician with a current practising licence, a Full Class 1 driver’s licence, and proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance or projects.

Qualifications

• NZ registration as an Electrician with a current practising licence.
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence.
• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, projects or infrastructure environments.
• Strong fault-finding skills and commitment to safety, quality and wellbeing.
• Ability to support after-hours, weekend, shutdown and occasional away work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, fault-find and repair low voltage electrical systems across industrial and infrastructure sites.
• Deliver maintenance, upgrades, installations and project work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Identify and manage high-risk electrical activities, with the right controls in place before work starts.
• Complete required documentation including permits, risk assessments, test records and compliance certificates.
• Work closely with supervisors, project managers, clients and other trades to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.
