Job summary

Better Days Nz is seeking qualified health professionals to join as ACC Contractors delivering person-centred, strengths-based services across home, community, school, workplace and clinic environments in Auckland. You will manage your own schedule and caseload while documenting client outcomes and service recommendations.

The role requires autonomous practice, strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills, plus a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degrees in relevant professions as listed.
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical areas is desirable.
• Experience in community, disability, rehabilitation, health, mental health or injury rehabilitation settings helpful.
• Experience delivering ACC-funded services and familiarity with ACC contracts, pathways and reporting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide services across home, community, school, workplace and/or clinic environments.
• Complete discipline-specific reports and documentation to support ACC-funded services, client outcomes, goal progression and service recommendations.
• Manage own schedule and caseload with autonomy.
• Deliver person-centred, strengths-based services that support meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team while maintaining contractor independence.
• Access clinical support, peer connection and professional development through Better Days.
• Deliver culturally responsive, whānau-centred services.
