Job summary

Access Community Health | Uru Ātea invites dedicated individuals to join as Kaiāwhina (Support Workers) delivering person-centered care in clients’ homes across Aotearoa. You will support daily living activities, uphold cultural safety, and contribute to meaningful, independent living for clients.

Qualifications

• Full/restricted driver’s license is required or held.
• Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience or exposure to caregiving, disability support, aged care, or people-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and respect clients’ culture, values, routines and boundaries.
