Job summary

AA is seeking a contractor in Auckland to leverage automotive battery knowledge and run a small business-style operation within the AA Battery team. You will diagnose battery faults, provide expert technical advice, and help members get back on the road while promoting AA products and services.

Applicants should have an automotive or auto-electrical background, a willingness to learn business processes, and strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience running your own business.
• Strong understanding of NZ legislation.
• Ability to learn business processes and use varied technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice and diagnose battery-related faults for AA members.
• Help members get back on the road through expert troubleshooting and service.
