• Coordinate learning support for students with additional learning, behavioural, social, emotional, or developmental needs.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor IEPs and other learning support plans.
• Focus on working with tamariki with oral language needs.
• Structured Literacy Support—supporting interventions across the school.
• Lead gifted and talented groups.
• Coordinate referrals and communication with external specialists and agencies.
• Contribute to school-wide planning, policies, and initiatives relating to inclusion and learning support.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, staff, and community agencies.
