Job summary

SkyCity in Auckland is seeking an in-room dining team member to deliver exceptional service during guests' stay. You will take orders, prepare and deliver food and beverages, and ensure a friendly, memorable experience.

This fast-paced role requires a quick, friendly attitude, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Physical demands include a lot of walking during shifts and a welcoming, guest-focused approach.

You will deliver an exceptional in-room dining service by accurately taking orders, preparing and delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive a professional, friendly, and memorable experience throughout their stay at SkyCity.

You'll likely be someone with a friendly and welcoming nature who has a positive attitude to help make our guests feel at home. This is a fast paced role so you must be quick on your feet and able to juggle many tasks at once. This role is also physically demanding and will require alot of walking throughout the shift.

Previous customer service experience is required and strong communication skills.
