Job summary

The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is seeking a Case Manager to support New Zealanders through life transitions, connecting them to income, housing, and employment services while navigating policy with empathy. You’ll work from one of our Dunedin Metro sites (Dunedin Central, Te Kāika, or Mosgiel), manage a busy caseload, and ensure accurate data entry across systems to help clients move forward.

Referring clients to external providers and working collaboratively with others.
Meeting with your team to reflect, troubleshoot, and support each other.
