Job summary

Jade Software Corporation is seeking a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst to improve internal business systems, reporting quality, and data reliability. You’ll partner with Finance, Commercial, Technology and the wider business to deliver smarter processes and insights across the Jade Platform.

You’ll own core reporting platforms, drive data quality, and explore automation and emerging tech to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making. A collaborative, curious mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, reporting or other business systems.
• Exposure to finance or commercial processes.
• Experience with Business Central, Continia, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience in technology, software or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Question current processes and identify simpler, smarter ways to work.
• Own and improve internal business systems and reporting platforms.
• Support accurate, trusted reporting to aid decision-making.
• Improve data quality and establish clear ownership and disciplines.
• Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor support.
• Provide system training and guidance to users across the business.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort via automation and AI.
• Turn ideas into practical improvements and measure value delivered.
