• Experience with hybrid work and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of community development projects.
• Define goals, objectives, and deliverables aligned with mission.
• Develop detailed project plans including budgets and timelines.
• Manage implementation and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor progress, collect data, report outcomes.
