Te Puna Manawa HealthWEST invites applications for a full-time support worker/administrator. You will work in the community supporting our vaccinators and perform office administration, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills.

Some evening and weekend shifts; experience in primary care or community health, knowledge of MedTech Evolution and MS Office is advantageous; a full driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and organised administrator with strong communication skills.
• Experience in primary care or community health is advantageous.
• Driver’s licence required.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support vaccinators in the community.
• Provide administrative support in the office and data entry.
• Coordinate scheduling and appointments for outreach visits.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.
