Job summary

Fliptech is an information technology services company seeking an ICT Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of ICT projects in Auckland. The role involves coordinating clients, developers, analysts and external providers to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.

You will translate business objectives into structured project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and drive effective communication across teams to achieve successful outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, project management, business or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience managing technology or software projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage ICT projects through full lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation review.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and priorities with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets with resource requirements.
• Coordinate software developers, analysts, vendors and other stakeholders and allocate tasks.
• Monitor progress, expenditure and risks, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions.
• Maintain risk and issue registers and manage change-control processes.
