Job summary

PrevenX is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager in Auckland to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled safety solutions for construction environments. You will coordinate internal technical teams, external providers and client stakeholders to meet scope, budgets, milestones and quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline and at least five years in ICT project management, with strong governance, risk and change-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least five years of ICT project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, plans and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate internal staff, external providers and client stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish governance, reporting and documentation processes.
• Coordinate ICT integration of AI-enabled safety technologies.
