Job summary

Hobson Intelligence Limited trading as PrevenX in Auckland is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled safety technology projects for the construction sector. You will coordinate internal teams and external providers to ensure projects meet scope, budgets, and milestones.

Qualifications

Experience delivering ICT projects end-to-end.
Ability to manage budgets, milestones and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of ICT projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate internal technical personnel and external technology providers.
Define project scope, objectives and acceptance criteria.
Prepare detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
Establish governance, reporting and documentation processes.
Monitor performance and take corrective action when required.
Coordinate integration of AI-enabled safety technologies into client environments.
Oversee resource allocation across multidisciplinary teams.
Manage risks, changes and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
Act as the principal project contact between PrevenX, clients and partners.
