Job summary

Hobson Intelligence Limited trading as PrevenX is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager in Auckland to oversee end-to-end technology projects across AI-enabled safety systems, computer vision, edge computing and cloud services.

The role requires coordinating internal teams, external providers and construction-sector clients to deliver on scope, budget and timelines with strong governance and risk management. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS is preferred in a growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in ICT project management or related ICT environments.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of ICT projects from planning to delivery and closure.
• Define scope, milestones, budgets and acceptance criteria with clients and technical teams.
• Coordinate internal and external technical personnel and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure quality across all project stages.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, software, edge computing and cloud components within projects.
• Prepare governance, reporting and documentation for project oversight.
