Job summary

Hobson Intelligence Limited trading as PrevenX in Auckland seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI safety systems, computer vision, edge computing, and cloud integrations for construction sites.

You will coordinate internal teams and external technology partners, manage scope, budgets and milestones, ensure quality, security and governance, and deliver projects from initiation through to production across safety-aligned technologies.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have a degree in IT/CS/engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of ICT project management experience in technology delivery or related ICT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ICT project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate internal teams and external technology partners.
• Manage budgets, resources and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure governance, quality, risk, and change management throughout projects.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into ICT solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
