Job summary

Hato Hone St John is seeking a data-driven Workforce Planning professional to coordinate and optimise clinical education delivery across Aotearoa. You will manage rosters, capacity planning and analytics to support efficient scheduling and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using data, reporting and workforce systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Strong rostering and resource planning experience with planning, organisational and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in AI tools, MS Office and business applications, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce management through accurate data entry, analysis, roster coordination and performance monitoring.
• Lead national workforce planning consolidation across the organisation.
• Manage the national course delivery calendar and educator/CSO deployment schedules.
• Analyse capacity, availability and demand to identify gaps and optimise scheduling.
• Develop workforce utilisation dashboards and reporting to support decision-making.
• Provide workforce analysis including ATP compliance and course capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Clinical Practice, Payroll, HR and other stakeholders to identify efficiencies.
• Lead projects to improve Clinical Education Delivery efficiency.
