Horizon Energy Group in New Zealand seeks a hybrid-role specialist focused on risk, insurance and compliance. You will report to the Legal & Risk Manager and collaborate with managers across health & safety, environment & quality, and external brokers.

The role covers maintaining risk registers, supporting risk controls, and managing insurance queries and claims. A solid governance background and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in risk management, compliance or insurance.
• Knowledge of risk software and BCM is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Group's risk registers and support risk reporting.
• Arrange Risk Committee meetings and track follow‑ups.
• Support the creation and review of risk controls and policies.
• Be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day insurance queries.
• Manage notifications, administration and reporting of claims.
• Administer disclosures and support annual insurance renewal.
• Run compliance surveys in ComplyWith and report actions.
• Support the Business Continuity Management programme.
• Review incident reports to update continuity plans.
