Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to engage with applicants and hiring managers effectively.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Execute 360 recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, police vetting, offers and induction.
• Coach hiring managers on policy and legal compliance.
• Prepare employment agreements and conduct onboarding.
• Maintain vacancy and applicant databases.
• Leverage social media and coordinate recruitment events.
• Contribute to recruitment policy and workforce strategies.
