Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Oversee transportation logistics, including carrier selection, route planning, and freight cost management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery times and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant trade regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
