Job summary

Z Energy NZ is undergoing a technology and data transformation, seeking a Solution Architect to drive delivery outcomes across Energy Solutions and B2B initiatives. You will shape scalable, secure technology solutions, partner with leaders, product teams and delivery squads, and ensure alignment with broader strategy.

You will bring significant enterprise architecture experience, design end-to-end solutions, and lead across multiple teams in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end technology solutions across applications, integrations, data and cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation and technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture activities across B2B and Energy Solutions initiatives from ideation through delivery.
• Translate business objectives into technology solutions with clear value and outcomes.
• Create high-level and detailed solution designs balancing value, feasibility, scalability and maintainability.
• Guide technology decisions across applications, integrations, data, platforms and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align with company strategy and target architectures.
• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
