Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing software engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong software engineering foundations with ability to provide technical leadership and guide teams to sound engineering outcomes.
• Experience delivering and supporting business-critical applications and platforms at scale.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, quality engineering and observability.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform sustainability and technical debt management.
