Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years in digital marketing or internship experience.
• Familiar with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic SEO and SEM understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva familiarity preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Experience with email marketing platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns across channels (social, email, paid).
• Manage social media profiles, schedule posts, monitor engagement and respond to comments.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including list management and tracking.
• Update website content and assist with basic website maintenance.
• Conduct keyword research and assist SEO efforts.
• Gather data and analyze campaign performance.
• Create marketing collateral such as social graphics and banners.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing team on projects and initiatives.
