Qualifications

• Experience drafting and coordinating client, stakeholder or internal communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
• Experience supporting data validation, reporting and analysis for projects.
• Ability to understand insurance concepts, products, processes and regulatory obligations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and delivering key business-as-usual communications while managing delivery schedules that align with project timelines.
• Working with stakeholders to support development and execution of communication plans for business change initiatives and other key projects.
• Reviewing and coordinating communications including client campaigns, emails, letters, FAQs, training documents, website and intranet content.
• Supporting operational and project activities across the Group Schemes division, including data collation, validation, UAT, reporting and analysis.
• Maintaining templates, process documentation and standard operating procedures.
