Aon in Wellington, New Zealand, is seeking a Communications Specialist & Operational Support on a fixed-term parental leave cover through to August 2027. You will coordinate BAU communications, support change initiatives, and ensure timely and accurate work within the Group Schemes division.
You will manage stakeholder communications, assist with data validation, testing, reporting and SOPs, while maintaining templates and process documentation to support project outcomes.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Communications Specialist & Operational Support professional to join our team on a fixed-term parental leave cover contract, through to August 2027.

The position sits within our Group Schemes division, which specialises in branded domestic insurance programmes and client-focused service delivery. Supporting a range of communication and operational activities, as well as strategic projects, you will play an important role in ensuring work programmes are delivered efficiently, accurately and within agreed timeframes.
