Job summary

UCC Coffee ANZ is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across New Zealand and Australia. You will partner with leaders across multiple brands and time zones, owning the recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

You’ll work in a low-agency, in-house model, driving process improvements and delivering data-driven insights via dashboards and reporting. Hybrid work with flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 2 years in internal recruitment or agency environment.
• Experience running end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to use data to drive insights and decisions.
• Strong written communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment across a diverse role mix (cafés, brand, operations, finance, logistics).
• Support AU/NZ café leaders with job postings, candidate flow, system queries and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers across functions; influence decisions with market insight.
• Develop and manage proactive talent pools.
• Own recruitment reporting: weekly metrics and quarterly PowerBI dashboards.
• Support broader HR initiatives as needed.
