Job summary

Dynamic Group Ltd, a fast-growing mechanical and electrical contracting company delivering HVAC installation, servicing, commissioning and labour solutions across New Zealand, is hiring four skilled HVAC professionals to join our service team. Auckland will be the main base, with travel across Auckland, Hawkes Bay and Wellington; all travel and accommodation costs are covered.

This is a Full-Time Permanent role (minimum 30 hours/week) with immediate start and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or qualification.
• Strong fault-finding skills and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety.
• Full NZ driver’s licence is beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Check fittings, ducts and piping before installation.
• Prepare and organise tools and equipment for installation work.
• Read and follow shop drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Install HVAC systems and components, including ducting and piping.
• Coordinate work with other trades on site for smooth installation.
• Monitor work to meet quality standards and safety requirements.
• Follow health and safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Assist with testing of systems, including duct leakage and pressure tests.
• Support commissioning activities, including balancing and adjusting systems.
• Identify faults or issues and report to supervisors.
• Maintain basic records of work and progress.
