Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Auckland is seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor to lead our Trade Services team. You'll combine hands‑on technical work with people leadership to deliver safe, reliable HVAC services across the Auckland division.

Reporting to the HVAC and Plumbing Manager, you will mentor technicians, oversee maintenance projects, support pricing processes, and ensure compliance with HSSE Q&R standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• NZ-qualified HVAC-R technician or equivalent with solid trade experience.
• Minimum 5 years' HVAC industry experience and demonstrated leadership.
• IQP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Auckland HVAC team in daily operations.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and customer requirements.
• Oversee upgrades, minor works and maintenance projects.
• Support quotation and pricing processes with estimating teams.
• Ensure all additional works are approved before commencement.
• Promote HSSE Q&R standards and conduct site inspections.
• Mentor technicians and provide technical guidance.
