Cool Air (2005) Ltd is seeking a full-time Team Leader with a background in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. You will supervise HVAC installers and contractors, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure high-quality delivery across domestic, commercial and factory sites. Strong focus on health and safety, reliability, and initiative are essential. A NZ driver's license and police vetting are required. The role includes training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a team leader or foreman in HVAC installations or related trades.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of NZ health and safety regulations and site compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple installers, contractors and apprentices.
• Ability to plan, organize and complete projects within timeframes.

Aufgaben

• Organise installers on sites to deliver projects efficiently.
• Install and oversee Heat Pumps, Ducted and VRV systems, refrigeration piping.
• Commissioning of HVAC systems across domestic, commercial and factory sites.
• Ensure project closure and complete all tasks to required standards.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email or in person.
