We have an opportunity for an experienced HSEQ leader to join Vinarchy as our HSEQ Manager, New Zealand. Reporting to the HSEQ Director and leading a team of five, this senior leadership role is responsible for delivering safety, environmental and quality outcomes across our New Zealand operations. Based in Marlborough with flexible working arrangements, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across HSEQ programs, ensuring compliance with New Zealand legislation, industry standards and Vinarchy's global framework. You'll work closely with operational leaders, technical teams and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, strengthen capability and embed a culture of safety, sustainability and quality across the business.
You're an experienced HSEQ leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery. You bring a strong understanding of New Zealand regulatory requirements, a track record of leading high-performing teams, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex operational environment whilst driving a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement
