Job summary

Vinarchy invites an experienced HSEQ leader to join as HSEQ Manager, New Zealand. Based in Marlborough with flexible working arrangements, you will lead a team of five and drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes across NZ operations.

Reporting to the HSEQ Director, you will ensure compliance with NZ legislation and Vinarchy's global framework, partner with regulators, auditors and stakeholders, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in HSEQ roles within manufacturing or wine sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NZ health and safety, environmental and food safety frameworks.
• Experience implementing management systems and driving compliance outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HSEQ leadership and support regional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NZ health and safety, environmental and food safety regulations.
• Oversee injury management, incident investigations, risk reviews and continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic HSEQ projects and drive operational, environmental and quality performance.
• Develop, coach and lead a high-performing HSEQ team.
• Partner with regulators, auditors and industry bodies.
