Job summary

Tech Staffing is partnering with a Global Consulting firm to hire an HRIS Product Owner who will drive the People technology ecosystem from discovery to release. You will own roadmaps, manage priorities across AI tools and cloud HRIS, and write user stories to align product goals with business needs.

You will lead sprint planning, coordinate with developers and UX/UI teams, and analyze workforce data to provide insights while ensuring data governance and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product owner/development experience for software delivery.
• Experience working with software developers in an Agile environment.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in HRIS projects implementation.
• Experience in data migration processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through release, managing roadmaps and priorities across AI tools and cloud HRIS apps.
• Write user stories and manage product roadmaps; create clear scope and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint meetings with developers and coordinate UX/UI work with development priorities.
• Analyze workforce data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance across systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to automate and streamline People processes and drive adoption.

We’re partnering with a Global Consulting firm seeking a HRIS Product Owner to be part of People technology ecosystem.

• Product Ownership - own the product lifecycle from discovery through to release, managing roadmaps and development priorities across AI tools and cloud-based HRIS application
• Project Scope Creation and User Stories - write user stories and manage product roadmaps
• Sprint Management and Feature Prioritisation – lead sprint meetings with developers and clarifying requirements, coordinate UX/UI work alongside development priorities
• Data Analytics and KPI Management - analyse workforce trends and provide actionable insights
• Compliance and Risk Management - ensure data quality, governance and compliance
• Internal & External Communication - partner with stakeholders to automate and streamline People processes
• Client Retention - drive adoption, reporting and learning analytics

What we're looking for?

• Min 5 years’ experience in product development/product owner for software delivery
• Experience working closely with software developers in an Agile environment
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Experience in HRIS projects implementation
• Experience in data migration
