Job summary

Summerset Retirement Villages seeks a Systems Administrator – Payroll/ P&C to join our Shared Services team. You will configure, test and improve our P&C and payroll systems to deliver efficiency and compliance, partnering with P&C, Payroll, Finance, IT and vendors to implement solutions.

You will be hands-on, with SQL and reporting skills, and a proactive mindset to own the requirements and drive improvements across the payroll and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Payroll systems experience with configuration, testing and controls.
• HR systems experience with Payroll/P&C knowledge.
• Experience with TechnologyOne is advantageous.
• Experience with Optima or similar workforce platform.
• Strong understanding of payroll functions, HR data flows and compliance.
• SQL/database skills and advanced Excel.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and implement practical solutions.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical systems specialist for P&C and payroll platforms.
• Configure system changes, perform UAT and testing, run upgrades.
• Support reporting, dashboards, access and security to maintain controls.
• Develop user resources and documentation for system adoption.
• Collaborate with Payroll and P&C, Finance, IT and vendors to understand requirements.
