Job summary

Summerset Wellington Central is seeking a confident People Services Manager to lead a team of 7 specialists, including P&C Coordinators and System Administrators. You will drive onboarding, HR self-service, reporting and continuous improvement across HR systems.

In this role you’ll shape the employee lifecycle experience, implement streamlined processes, and partner across the business to support a high-performing culture. Flexible work options include 2 days from home.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident and experienced People Services Manager to lead our People Services team, a talented team of 7 made up of P&C Coordinators and System Administrators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making systems and processes hum, from onboarding and integration to HR self-service and reporting.

You'll play a key leadership role in shaping how our people interact with P&C technology and support, creating consistent and efficient experiences across the employee lifecycle. You'll bring a continuous improvement mindset, a hands on leadership style, and a deep understanding of how great systems and HR shared services underpin a high-performing culture.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, developing and inspiring a team of coordinators and systems experts
