Four Points by Sheraton Auckland is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead a high-performing team and shape an inclusive, engaging workplace. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, wellbeing, and development, partnering with the General Manager and leadership to align people strategies with our hotel goals.

You will ensure compliance with employment law, safety requirements and Marriott policies while driving training, recognition, and workforce planning to grow our

• Lead and oversee all HR functions in line with Marriott standards and local law
• Partner with General Manager and leadership to deliver people strategies
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and talent development
• Champion hotel culture and opportunities for associates to connect and grow
• Drive engagement, recognition, wellbeing, communication initiatives
• Be a visible HR leader across the hotel
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance management and investigations
