Job summary

AUT is seeking a skilled HR Administrator for our City Campus in Auckland. You will help manage the employee lifecycle, answer first-level enquiries, maintain the intranet, and support People & Culture in delivering an excellent HR service.

The role requires strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. You will work with a supportive team committed to growth and development across our campuses.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Shared Services, you will provide first-line support for all aspects of HR administration during the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to resignation. This is a highly active position suited to someone who enjoys staying busy and managing competing priorities. Your tasks will include answering first-level enquiries, keeping our intranet up to date, managing the organisation’s hierarchy/positions, and preparing changes to terms and conditions. You will also support our colleagues' administrative needs across People & Culture to ensure we deliver an outstanding HR experience. Salary Ranges | Ngā Utu: $62,000 - $81,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
