Daily Bread is seeking an organised HR & Compliance Coordinator to support our people and uphold food safety standards across our cafés, production bakery and distribution operations in Auckland. You’ll split time between HR administration and food safety compliance, partnering with the Head of People & Operations to keep processes smooth.

Daily Bread is growing, and we're looking for an organised, proactive HR & Compliance Coordinator to support our people and ensure our food safety standards remain best-in-class across our cafés, production bakery and distribution operations.
This is a unique role where approximately 60% of your time will be focused on food safety compliance and 40% on supporting our HR function.
You'll work closely with our Head of People & Operations and become a trusted support person to managers across the business.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll help ensure our food safety systems remain compliant while also supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and day-to-day HR matters. If you enjoy organisation, problem solving and working with people while maintaining high compliance standards, we'd love to hear from you.
