Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders across New Zealand. You will support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and help ensure fair, consistent HR processes.

You will develop and improve HR policies, review metrics to identify trends, and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with our values while championing health and safety.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment relations and HR best practice.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with HR systems and technology.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • An appreciation for health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.
