Deloitte in New Zealand is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with leaders and support the employee lifecycle, delivering practical people solutions that drive business performance.
Based in Auckland or Wellington, you’ll provide trusted HR advice across performance, engagement, talent and employment relations, with 2–3 years’ generalist HR experience and a relevant tertiary qualification. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders in a values-driven culture.

You’ll join Deloitte’s People & Performance team as an HR Advisor. Our team partners closely with business leaders to shape a positive, high-performing culture. Based in Auckland or Wellington, you’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that supports leaders and teams across the employee lifecycle, delivering both strategic people initiatives and trusted day-to-day HR advice.
