Job summary

Hoburne Park in Christchurch seeks a Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team. The CDP will support senior chefs in delivering high-quality meals and service to guests across the leisure and hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in leisure and hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude. The role is permanent, full-time, with some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Job description

Hoburne Park are looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team (CDP).

For this role we are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic Chefs from within the leisure and hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will have the ability to assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service.

With our menu's being changed with the seasons, the team are always working hard to deliver new and improved dishes with fresh local produce and suppliers, provenance and daily specials.

They will also require the following:

• Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
• Previous chef/kitchen experience
• A high level of inter-personal skills
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude
• The ability to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills

This is a permanent, full time role, offering 40 hours per week. We are currently looking for Chefs to join the team (CDP level).

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
