Radisson RED in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support purchasing, receiving, stock storage, and finance processes within a hospitality environment.

The role involves supervising receiving, verifying deliveries, processing invoices, and assisting HODs with budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hospitality purchasing/finance and is physically capable of moving stock.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality purchasing, receiving, and finance/accounts.
• Purchasing software experience is mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to receive, inspect, and move deliveries.
• Experience with stock control and supplier coordination is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform internal audit checks on requisitions, approvals, and supplier records.
• Support Heads of Departments with ordering needs and budgets.
• Receive, verify, and document goods; record in inventory system.
